Navigating Parental Leave Entitlements


Parental leave is an employee benefit that is received when an employee takes time off due to a new arrival in the family. This benefit is received during the birth of a child (or the employee’s partner gives birth), along with surrogacy and adoption.

Employers should be up to date with all of their obligations surrounding this benefit.
