AHC HR Connect is an on demand HR and Workplace Advisory service exclusively for members of the Australian Hairdressing Council. Powered by Employment Innovations, AHC HR Connect is a local team of human resources professionals who will provide you with expert legislative knowledge, underpinned by a workplace law firm.

The Australian Hairdressing Council has partnered with Employment Innovations, Australia’s leading workplace advisory firm, to create this convenient and highly responsive platform for AHC members to access HR and workplace support, so you can get on with what is important to your business.

A friendly team of six HR experts will be available to answer your workplace and employment questions, underpinned by their legal experts. Enquiries are available via phone or email contact, with a maximum turnaround response rate of 90 minutes for telephone calls (if your call has been directed to voicemail) and 24 hours for email, so that your queries can be addressed expediently and accurately.

Should particular situations escalate and legal representation or advice be required, HR Connect has a team of lawyers available to take your query to the next level when necessary.

HR Connect also has a comprehensive HR and workplace resource library exclusively available to AHC members, containing more than 200 compliant workplace documents and templates essential for running your business. There are also a wide array of videos, webinars and other tools and resources to help you make more confident decisions.
